About the department/Team at Duett
The Annual Report and Payroll-team is one of the development teams in the development department. The
team consist of 10 persons today – 6 developers and the rest testers and domain experts.
Purpose of the role
As a Tech Lead you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of
developers, ensuring timely delivery of high quality software products while fostering a culture of
collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Platform Manager and Dev Managers to define common architecture
to ensure software is scalable, maintainable and meets the needs of the stakeholders
• Responsible for designing and implementing teams software according to architecture defined
above.
• Responsible for identifying and prioritizing technical debt
• Provides technical guidance and support to the team members, ensuring that the team deliveries
are of high quality and following our standards.
• Keep up with the latest technology trends and foster a culture of learning within the team
• Collaborate with Tech Leads across teams to continuously improve the way we are adopting new
technology and improving standards/best practices.
General qualifications:
• Strong technical background and experience with different technology standards
• Experienced programmer and still writing quality code
• Structured as a person and able to manage technical people.
• Understands and follows best practices within software development and make sure the team also
follow these
• Keeping him/herself updated within technology changes and trends
• Able to communicate technical concepts and ideas with both technical and non-technical persons.
Technology requirements:
• Experience with Public Cloud – preferably Microsoft Azure
• Visual Studio C# is our primary development language.
• .Net Core framework
• Container-Technology and orchestration of those
• Modern frontend-frameworks – preferably Angular
• Databases – preferably SQL Server
Other requirements
• Understands and speaks Norwegian/swedish.
• Work at one of our existing offices, but preferably in Trondheim.
